Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
  • Client requires prior experience with geriatric populations and restorative or maintenance therapy interventions preferred.
