Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with ADL training, transfer and mobility training, and documentation in long-term care settings preferred.
