Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday; variable hours Hours per Shift: 24 guaranteed Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Authorized to treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation Description: This position is responsible for enhancing, participating, and supporting patient care with a focus on quality and safety. The Occupational Therapist, with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines. The Occupational Therapist will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to provide quality care. Must demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation. Position is primarily outpatient and home health with occasional inpatient coverage. Scheduling is primarily Monday through Friday. Position urgency is normal. Holiday coverage is not required.
