  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, familiarity with Electronic Patient Record systems such as HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis.
  • Additional Information: Facility expects the traveler to have their own transportation. The typical visit radius is approximately 60 miles per day, with minimal windshield time. A primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster is required. The traveler will be expected to work within a flexible but consistent schedule, avoiding accommodations for block scheduling. Please include two references covering one year of experience.
  • Facility & Patient Care Details: Home health services for adult and geriatric patients, providing therapy assessments, treatment, and education in a patients residence. The position involves working with various neurological, orthopedic, and functional rehabilitation diagnoses using comprehensive therapy skills.
