Occupational Therapist needed for a travel assignment in an acute care specialty working in a long-term care (nursing home) setting in Fargo, North Dakota. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents in a long-term care setting.
- Plan and implement occupation-based therapy to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and safety.
- Reassess progress, modify goals, and document outcomes in the medical record per regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (nursing, therapy, social work, and case management) to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, ensure patient safety, and communicate regularly with families and care teams.
- Provide timely, accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in North Dakota (or eligibility for ND licensure)
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program (OTD/MS/BS as applicable)
- Experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work in a long-term care facility environment and in a travel assignment
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work the stated shift (Days) and commit to a 13-week assignment
