Shift: Days, 8a-5p, M-F, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- CA license
- 1 year experience
- BLS
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD), or foreign equivalent (required only if licensed on or after January 2007)
- Home Health experience preferred
Other Details:
- Home health agency serving the community with personalized in-home care
- Plans and conducts treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions; serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
- Completes evaluations, individualized treatment/care/discharge plans, and clinical documentation within established deadlines; supervises assigned assistants
