Nursing Assistant Job Description

TRAVEL CONTRACT – CNA – MED-SURG

Location: Pittsfield, MA 13 Weeks Days, Nights & Evenings Shifts Available
Pay rate Hourly: $32/hr
Start Date: ASAP |8 hrs non-billable orientation

Key Requirements

• MA CNA License – must be active & in hand at submission
• BLS – AHA Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required (Dose after 10/3/2023)
• OR submit medical/religious exemption with signed form (masking required if approved)
• NO Local Candidates – Must live 50+ miles from facility (perm address must be included)

Job Requirements

• 2 Years of recent Med-Surg CNA experience
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred
• Must have own transportation
• No block scheduling
• RTO must be submitted with profile – Max 5 days allowed
• Must list 2 specific interview time slots (NO “anytime” will be accepted)

Compliance Documents Required at Upload

• Full Work History
• Skills Checklist (completed within 1 year)
• 1 Supervisor-signed reference (from last 2 years)
• MA CNA License & BLS Certificate
• COVID Vaccine Card or exemption form

Other Details

• Dress Code: Any color scrubs
• Charting System: Meditech Expanse
• No scheduling accommodations (e.g., blocks)
