Job Summary
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized wound care services for patients with acute and chronic wounds related to diabetes, surgery, injury, poor circulation, and other medical conditions. The RN will work in a physician-driven environment focused on wound, ostomy, and continence care, while supporting adjunctive therapies including vein and hyperbaric medicine.
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic wounds
- Provide wound, ostomy, and continence care
- Assist with vein and hyperbaric therapy treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on wound management and care plans
