The Wound Care RN is responsible for assessing, managing, and treating acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, surgical incisions, and skin integrity issues. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply advanced wound care techniques, and ensure optimal healing outcomes while educating patients and caregivers on prevention and management.
