Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day); Days (4x10) schedule noted as well — 10-hour day shifts possible, float to other facilities as needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and manage complex wound and ostomy patients with expert clinical judgment
- Provide wound vac application and management, including use of Smith & Nephew devices
- Perform thorough wound assessments and document findings using EPIC and photo documentation
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and collaborate with surgeons, nursing teams, and other clinicians
- Manage documentation, billing-related notes, and discharge planning for supplies
- Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention, care, and continuity strategies
- Serve as a trusted consult resource across multiple inpatient sites (St Clare, St Elizabeth, St Frances, St Anthony, St Anne)
- Float to affiliate hospitals as needed while maintaining standards of care and communication
