Travel Nurse RN - Utilization Review in Sundance, WY

RN Case Manager 

Shift: (5) 8 hour day shifts.  

Contract-to-Hire:

• $100/hr bill rate (8 weeks)
• 12% conversion fee at the end of 8 weeks.
• Uniti retains 5% of the conversion fee

Reg - $100

OT - +$10

Holiday - +$10

Charting system used - Cerner

Minimum holiday requirements - will be discussed during interview

Minimum required Experience - 2 years.

Role Overview - RN responsible for case management across acute care, swing bed, and outpatient services. Focus on discharge planning, utilization review, care coordination, and CMS compliance.

Requirements

• RN (WY license or willing to obtain)
• BLS required; CCM/ACM preferred
• 2+ years clinical or case management experience preferred
