Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
- Perform IV insertions and PICC line management
- Accurately document patient care activities using Meditech electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient safety and positive outcomes
Required Qualifications- Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Proficiency in IV insertion and PICC line care
- Experience with Meditech charting system
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS and NIHSS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in an acute care hospital telemetry setting
- Familiarity with nurse manager interview processes for travel or contract placements
