    Contract | Nights | 36 hours per week | Every Other Weekend (EOW) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Float between up to 8 different Med/Surg Telemetry units throughout the facility, including ED border, acute mental health, and ICU step-down areas
    • Perform continuous cardiac monitoring, including measuring intervals and interpreting telemetry strips every 4 hours?
    • Administer and manage cardiac drips in accordance with unit protocols
    • Provide care for ED border patients, serve as medication nurse in the acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented transfer-ready ICU patients
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR
    • Utilize TR Band experience as applicable within assigned units
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience in a single location
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel nurse
    • Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip management, and reading telemetry strips
    • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 2 or more years of dedicated telemetry nursing experience
    • TR Band experience
    • Demonstrated adaptability to float across multiple unit types and patient populations
