Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Float)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit while providing leadership within the nursing team
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care through a Shared Governance model
- Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients and their families
- Float to support various units including ER hold, overflow, adult and geriatric psychiatric, and inpatient rehabilitation units
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience required
- Stepdown experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing; license must be in-hand at time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
- Nursys verification required at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills- Critical care experience preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
