Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Every third weekend rotation | Every other holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and cardiac rhythms
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
- Experience in Med/Surg and/or Telemetry nursing
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry/cardiac monitoring
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- ACLS certification preferred
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
