Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Days | Every third weekend rotation | Every other holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg/Telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and cardiac rhythms
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing environment
- Ability to monitor and respond to telemetry and cardiac monitoring equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills- ACLS certification
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
