Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
- Ability to manage a high-acuity patient population in a fast-paced environment
