Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut or compact eligibility
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in a Telemetry or cardiac care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an inpatient hospital telemetry unit
- Strong cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation skills
