Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit during day shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Connecticut
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in Telemetry nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an acute care or hospital-based Telemetry setting
- Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
