Key Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Support an Epic EMR conversion, performing accurate and thorough documentation within the system
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Recent Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years; proficiency in both systems is required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Acute care facility experience
