Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg Telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in a Telemetry or Med-Surg Telemetry environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills- ACLS certification preferred
- Prior experience reading and interpreting cardiac rhythms
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
