Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | Onsite | Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of New York
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a medical-surgical telemetry environment
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- ACLS certification
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring equipment and cardiac rhythms
