Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 or 48 hours per week accepted | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:5–6
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
- Float within the specialty and to lower acuity units as needed
- Participate in scheduled holiday coverage as assigned
Required Qualifications- Active Maryland RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience
- BLS certification – American Heart Association only
- ACLS certification – American Heart Association only
- NIHSS certification
- CPI certification – Calm Every Storm online version is the only acceptable online vendor
Preferred Experience / Skills- First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
- Comfort with floating within scope to lower acuity units without restrictions
