Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | 13-week assignment | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit with a standard nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1, occasionally 5:1
- Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Complete a proctored rhythm identification test upon start of assignment (two attempts permitted; not multiple choice)
Required Qualifications- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience within the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a proctored cardiac rhythm identification test
- Must be a travel nurse (non-local candidates only; 50-mile radius restriction applies)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-acuity telemetry environment
- Strong cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation skills
