This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment providing vital care to patients with conditions such as diabetes, COPD, CHF, and more. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, Telemetry
  • Monitor and analyze telemetry readings for heart rate, respiratory rate, and other vital signs
  • Care for patients with conditions such as diabetes, COPD, CHF, and post-operative surgery
  • Manage trauma overflow patients with specialized care needs
  • Operate and manage medical devices including epidurals, PCA pumps, wound vacs, and feeding tubes
  • Provide care and management of vascular devices and dialysis fistulas

Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Telemetry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting
  • Current BLS-AHA certification
  • Current ACLS-AHA certification
  • Current NIH Stroke Scale certification
