Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, patient- and family-centered care while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans. Provides patient education, supervises support staff, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and promotes quality improvement through evidence-based practice.
 

Schedule

  • Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
  • Weekends: Every other weekend

Requirements

  • 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience
  • Epic experience
  • Active RN License
  • BLS
  • NIHSS
  • ASN or Nursing Diploma required

Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, education, documentation, and discharge planning. Supervises licensed and unlicensed staff, serves as a mentor/preceptor, and participates in quality and safety initiatives. English proficiency (read, write, and speak) required.
