Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred License: Must have an active state RN license or compact license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Travel experience required Description: Specialty: Cardiac Telemetry Contract length: 13 Weeks Shift and Hours: 3 shifts of 12 hours from 07:00 to 19:30 Holidays: Required as they fall, as scheduled Weekends: Every other weekend required Floating: Required within the specialty, to other units if necessary On-call: Not required Average Daily Census: 25 patients Number of Rooms: 22 Number of Beds: 30 Patient Age Range: Adults Patient Diagnoses: Telemetry patients with primary or secondary cardiac diagnoses, stroke/TIA, and stable cardiac catheterization patients.
