Shifts: Weekend Days 7a-7:30p, Holidays as scheduled

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN specializing in Stepdown care to join a dynamic team in Morgantown, WV. This travel assignment is set in an acute care environment, focusing on providing exceptional patient care in a 32-bed unit. Nurses on this unit manage a mix of stepdown and floor patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
  • Monitor and titrate medications including heparin, insulin, and various cardiac drips
  • Provide care for patients with cardiology, heart failure, and post-cardiac surgery needs
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including dedicated charge nurses and house supervisors
  • Utilize EPIC charting system for patient documentation
  • Employ RT equipment, including NC, CPAP, BiPAP, and HFNC

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
  • Active RN license willing to be submitted
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
  • Preferred experience in cardiac care
  • Ability to perform in a rotational pull to floor assignments
