Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, the ability to manage complex patient needs, and experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional call as needed.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery plans, and care needs
- Ensure patient safety, including proper use of lifting equipment and mobility assistance
- Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when appropriate
- May serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed
