Description:
This position is for a Registered Nurse in the rehabilitation specialty.
The role requires experience in Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
The facility is an acute inpatient rehabilitation center with high acuity needs.
The goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery.
Nurses will be required to assist with patient care and answer call lights for safety.
All nurses will work collaboratively with Certified Nursing Assistants.
The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:7.
Employees will have mandatory breaks during their shifts.
Staff must clock out for breaks as per policy.
Attendance and punctuality are critical to this position.
Weekend shifts and holiday rotations are required.
All nurses may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
