Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 16
· Patient Ratios : 1:5
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PCT when census is at 8 or above, no secretary on unit
· Type of equipment : Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, Alaris Pumps
· Documentation system: Meditech 5.6
· Scheduling requirements: 3 shifts/week, every 3rd weekend
· Floating policy: Contract and PRN staff will float first to like unit
· Patient Experience requirements: Goal setting with patients, hourly rounding, bedside shift report

· Certifications: BLS

Requested Skill Set: Inpatient Acute Rehab experience, familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures
Must have: Med/Surg nursing experience

· PEM Quality metric for Rehab Centers in currently 83.8 which is above the national benchmark.
Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.
· Well kept rehab unit with all private rooms, new equipment and all room set up as Rehab Suites. 1- Week orientation will be included in contract to ensure the highest quality of care on the Rehab Center and other floors. Current staff on the unit have 4 years or greater experience as RN. Block schedule available per request.
