Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (Inpatient Acute Rehab)

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Inpatient Acute Rehab for a 13-week assignment in Ogden, Utah. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive medical office building environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Registered Nurse
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including med/surg nursing and rehabilitation support
  • Ensure safe transfer and mobility of patients using necessary equipment
  • Conduct 1:1 patient mealtime and manage patient lines, such as Foley, NG, PICC, and midline
  • Round with patients each shift to prepare them adequately for discharge
  • Document patient information accurately using the Meditech system

Requirements of the Travel Registered Nurse
  • Active Utah RN license at time of submission
  • BLS certification
  • Med/surg training and rehabilitation background preferred
  • Advanced skills in safe patient transfer training
