Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience in med-surg or rehab preferred
