Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- At least 2 years current experience
- First Assist experience with DaVinci Robot, Ortho Spine, Gynecology, Neurology, and General Surgery
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Spine and Neurosurgery instrument experience
- CNOR certificuation
- Strong physician relationship and communication skills

- Spinal Fusion and Instrumentation Cases
- Robotic General, Gynecological and Urological procedures
- Craniotomy and Neurosurgery Procedures

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: - RN license, RNFA certification; BLS/ACLS
Floating Area(s): - Los Robles Hospital main OR and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital (TOSH).

- Scrub Color/Attire - hospital provided scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any) - Overtime should be anticipated and might include staying longer to finish a case.
