Description:
Registered Nurse First Assist in the Operating Room.
Travelers must have start dates 30-60 days out.
Credentialing process may take 30-60 days.
The shift is 0645-1715.
Candidates will have call requirements with a self-schedule for weeknights and weekends.
No locals accepted; candidates must reside greater than 100 miles from the facility.
A minimum of 2 Manager or Charge References within the past 2 years is required.
Flu vaccine is required unless there is documented medical proof of allergy.
COVID vaccine is not required.
Flu season is October 1st - March 31st.
Candidates must have a clean license with verification submitted.
Insufficient documentation may result in a delayed start.
Full file is due by noon on Monday prior to start.
Modules are non-billable and must be completed before starting.
All nursing candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.
Certification in BLS is required through the American Heart Association.
All previous probationary actions on the license will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
