Job Summary:
Psychiatric Nurse on a detox unit located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This position involves working on a specialized detox unit focused on substance abuse treatment, requiring prior substance abuse experience. The role is designed for a dedicated mental health professional with relevant clinical background and the ability to work a standard day shift.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, 2 years of current substance abuse experience, current Behavioral Health (pertinent to position) within the past year, signed reference from within the past two years, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Massachusetts residency of the candidate, and previous travel experience of at least 6 months.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must possess their own vehicle; all scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. No accommodations for 10/12-hour shifts will be considered.
