Contract Duration: 2 years contract
Shift Timings: Night shift; 6:30PM - 7:30AM
Pay Range: $37/hour to $43/hour (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering nursing care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and responding to emergency situations while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and physician orders.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately while monitoring for therapeutic effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Perform nursing procedures and interventions following established protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Recognize changes in patient conditions and communicate findings promptly to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Participate in emergency response situations and perform Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and other emergency interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines.
