Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, at least every third weekend ( Day/Night both shifts available)
Hours per Week: 36
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults in a 26-bed behavioral health unit
- Build meaningful connections with geriatric patients while managing conditions like dementia and bipolar disorder
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and well-being
- Monitor patient safety and respond to changing needs with professionalism and empathy
- Float to other units such as med-surg or OB when needed, expanding your clinical experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced behavioral health setting
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed
