Job Title: Adolescent Registered Nurse

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $2,041.20 weekly

Shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts including weekends; on-call not required

Key Responsibilities of the Adolescent Registered Nurse
  • Provide care for high acuity adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Perform de-escalation and manage aggressive or escalated behaviors
  • Administer IM injections and employ physical intervention as necessary
  • Proactively recognize increased agitation and manage multiple escalated patients simultaneously
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including behavioral analysts and advanced practitioners

Requirements of the Adolescent Registered Nurse
  • Current BLS certification
  • CPI certification obtained onsite
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Cerner EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing
