Job Title: Resource Pool RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Psychiatry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric psychiatric experience, 6 months of travel experience License: Current RN license Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Experience in general care and at least two critical care units Description: Resource Pool RNs are part of a team of caregivers providing staffing support to a variety of units. RNs are assigned to units within their skill level. Assignments may include general/specialty medical/surgical units, hematology/oncology units, progressive care units, technology-dependent intensive care units, inpatient rehabilitation units, and emergency departments. Critical care assignments could include pediatric intensive care units and neonatal intensive care units. All staff RNs are supported by unit leadership and report to the Operations Center Manager.
