Description:
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient-family centered care.
This includes addressing potential and actual health and illness problems for patients and families.
The role involves operating in an 8-bed overflow unit.
Nurses are expected to work a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts.
Weekend coverage is required.
Candidates must have experience managing a patient ratio of four patients per nurse during day and night shifts.
Additional skills related to interdisciplinary support and special procedures are also essential.
Experience in charting systems and a background in Medical/Surgical settings is preferred.
Candidates with charge experience are favored but not required.
