Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $2,530.80 weekly

Shifts: 4 West PCU

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Louisville, KY. This role involves working with moderate to high acuity cardiac, pulmonary, renal, and medical patients in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel
  • Provide care for patients with conditions such as CHF, SVT, a-fib, coronary artery disease, and more
  • Administer Heparin, Lasix, and Amiodarone drips
  • Utilize equipment like bipap and high-flow nasal cannula
  • Perform wound care, including surgical wound and negative pressure dressing
  • Interpret cardiac rhythms confidently
  • Collaborate with PCA/CNA and unit coordinators
  • Adapt to floating to similar units as needed

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel
  • BLS, NIHSS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  • Experience with Cerner EMR and relevant medical equipment
  • Preferably have charge experience and openness to charge duties
