The unit cares for PCU, general telemetry monitored, and medical patients. Currently, a universal bed model is used. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days. No requests for time off during the first week of assignment. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. The more flexible candidates are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster an offer can be secured. Flu vaccination exemption forms are available upon request. Important: Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. A complete resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and bed capacity is required. PCU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months. All candidates must have the required documentation available. Travel experience is highly preferred.
