Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent step down experience required. License: Must have an active Ohio license or an active compact state license in hand. Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required. Must-Have: - ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores required. - Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required to qualify for submission. - Active and unencumbered required certifications. Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in step down care. The nurse will work day shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in step down nursing prior to travel. An active Ohio license is required at the time of submission. Candidates must be newly licensed nurses or have a compact state license for eligibility. Successful candidates will have completed the AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. During the orientation process, candidates will complete requirement assessments that must be passed. Profile submissions must include a supervisory reference to support qualifications. All required certifications should be active with no pending issues.
