Nighting shifts are required. Floating to different units may be necessary as needed. Estimated patient ratios are 1:3-4. The position requires skills in IV start and telemetry. Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications. Responsibilities include managing a variety of patient diagnoses in an interdisciplinary environment. Experience with arterial line management, blood product administration, and cardiac telemetry is required. Familiarity with isolation precautions and phlebotomy is beneficial. The position supports adult and geriatric patient populations. Candidates should be comfortable with the management of dysrhythmias and use of rapid response teams. Communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Professional references from leadership positions are required for consideration.
