Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with 36-hour guarantee, every other weekend required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
- Provide specialized post-operative open heart care with chest tube and drain management
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Manage temporary pacemakers and non-invasive ventilation equipment
- Support pre- and post-procedure care for radial and femoral access patients
- Float to units within your skill level to support team needs
- Teach and direct non-RN staff including LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries

- Patient assessment and care planning
- Age-specific care delivery
- Cardiac and pulmonary abnormality recognition
- Non-invasive ventilation and high-flow oxygen systems
- Critical care experience highly valued
