The patient population primarily includes adults and geriatrics. Common diagnoses include congestive heart failure, respiratory failure, and irregular heart rhythms. The daily patient census averages around 9 patients. Staff will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy, services, and rapid response teams. Skills in post-cardiac procedures and frequent monitoring of vital signs and neurovascular checks are essential. Candidates should be comfortable managing devices such as Bipap and CPAP. Prior experience in charge roles is preferred but not required. First-time travelers may be considered based on experience. All requests for time off must be included in the initial submittal.
