Experience in genitourinary/renal skills involves pre/post hemodialysis management and renal failure. IV therapy experience includes accessing ports, arterial line management, and blood product administration. Medication responsibilities involve managing various cardiac and vasoactive drips. Neurological case skills include experience with CVA and surgical drains. Respiratory case skills consist of managing chest tubes, CPAP/BIPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula. Professional skills include adhering to isolation precautions and wound care. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with electronic medical record systems is required. Hospital type: Acute Care, Magnet facility with a total of 562 staffed beds. Patient age groups include adults with a daily census of 38. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and more. Special procedures involve receiving patients post-op and providing care for various cardiac procedures.
