Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PCU
Provide high-quality care to ICU patients with a 2:1 ratio
Manage med/surg and PCU patients with a 4:1 ratio
Operate ventilators and manage specialty beds
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech
Float across units as required, contributing to patient care wherever needed
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PCU
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Med/surg experience required
Proven experience in a similar RN role
