Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients in the PACU setting
- Deliver pre-operative and post-operative patient care and assessment
- Support surgical and ambulatory care unit operations
- Monitor and manage critically ill or post-surgical patients during recovery
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (Compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-time travelers and candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Experience in a Critical Care RN role with Pre-op, Post-op, and Surgical/Ambulatory Care settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
- Strong background in surgical and ambulatory care environments
- Ability to work a consistent, non-blocked schedule
